If we cannot obtain payment upon receiving the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled.
The provided credit card will be charged the total price if the reservation is cancelled at any time.
Terms and Conditions
BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
1) We need a phone or WhatsApp number to contact you when you arrive!
We do not have a 24-hour desk. We won’t be able to let you in without your number!
2) The guest checking in will need to show government issued ID that matches the name provided to us upon booking.
DURING YOUR STAY
1) If you don't smoke or vape, don't worry.
If you do, you should know that smoking and vaping are only allowed on your private balcony with the balcony door shut.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited everywhere else on the property, including the roof deck.
We have built in tobacco and marijuana sensors, which know it's not cooking smoke, and can definitely tell the difference between a smell on your clothes vs. smoke in the air.
The PolySens® technology is fantastic, so go outside if you want to smoke/vape or you'll be fined $300 and asked to leave.
2) Your reservation has paid for a specific number of guests on it.
Anyone over this number, whether visiting or sleeping, you must have written permission from us.
We're going to be totally fine with 95% of requests, but we do require you to clear it with us first.
We have a hallway camera to verify.
3) We consider the maximum capacity of the apartment to be its sleeping capacity.
For two-bedroom units, eight individuals; for one-bedroom apartments, six individuals.
Anyone past this capacity would not be permitted.
Enjoy the city! Please don’t bring a party back.
4) Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM. Noise should not be heard coming from your apartment.
This is a quiet residential building. 95% of our guests have no issues, and never hear from us.
We will be sure to send you at least 2 warnings prior to asking anyone to leave, but one way or another, the apartment must be quiet.
5) Parties, events, and commercial activity are not allowed.
6) We reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund if any of the above rules are broken.
7) Lost keys will incur a $100 charge. We have to change the locks.
Please text us a picture of all the keys at check-in AND check-out.
They are assigned in order of request by guests with confirmed reservations.
Size restrictions apply, and we need to know the rental category you’ve chosen, even if you aren’t sure of the exact model. (Examples include compact car, full-size SUV, and minivan.)
CHECK-IN TIME
1) 11AM is the scheduled checkout for the unit you’re checking into. It will be occupied until 11AM.
2) 12PM is the earliest we allow guests to check in, with the understanding that the cleaners are still working.
Drop your bags. Use the restroom. Head out until they're done.
3) 4PM is the advertised check in time. The apartment may be dirty until 4PM.
2) If you'll need a check-out after 11AM, and the night after your stay isn't booked yet, let's chat about booking that next night!
Then you could leave as late as you'd like that day!
