100% advance payment is required. All reservations are non-refundable. If we cannot obtain payment upon receiving the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled. The provided credit card will be charged the total price if the reservation is cancelled at any time.
Terms and Conditions
BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
- We need a phone or WhatsApp number to contact you when you arrive! We do not have a 24-hour desk. We won’t be able to let you in without your number!
- The guest checking in will need to show government issued ID that matches the name provided to us upon booking.
DURING YOUR STAY:
- Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM Daily. Noise should not be heard coming from your apartment. Whispering only when walking the hallways.
- Parties, events, and commercial activity are not allowed.
- Names not on the reservation are not allowed to visit the property without written permission.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the entire property. We use chemical air analysis to identify the type, source, and concentration of smoke and vapors. If smoking or vaping is detected, a $300 charge will be due immediately. Failure to pay the charge the same day will result in a cancellation of the reservation without a refund and continued collection attempts. A second detection will result in a cancellation of the reservation without refund.
- Lost keys will incur a $100 charge. We have to change the locks.
- Respect these simple rules. You will be asked to leave and there are no refunds if you break them.
CHECK-IN TIME
Typically, guests may receive the keys and drop their bags in the condo as early as 12PM (noon). The cleaners do need until 4PM to do their work.
If you'd like to drop your bags early, we can usually accommodate you!
If you'd like to take a nap or shower right away, and the night before your stay isn't booked yet, let's discuss booking that night before! Then you could arrive as early as you'd like that day!
CHECK-OUT TIME
11AM is check-out. If you'll need a check-out after 11AM, and the night after your stay isn't booked yet, let's chat about booking that next night! Then you could leave as late as you'd like that day!
Unfortunately we *do not* have anywhere to hold bags after your stay - sorry!
